Israeli architecture practice Pitsou Kedem have recently unveiled photos of Town House 1, a six-storey residential building designed for a family in Tel Aviv. Built within an urban block and occupying 270 square meters, the house features a rooftop pool that stretches across the length of the top level, where views of the city’s skyline serve as a permanent backdrop.
If the upper floor of the house functions as a a common lounge area that brings the family together, each floor of the house was designed to perform its own function; as a result, parents, children and guests are granted privacy by having their own bedrooms and bathrooms on separate floors.
