American fashion designer Thom Browne collaborated with interior design firm Wonderwall to develop his Tokyo store, the first stand-alone Thom Browne store outside the US. The result is a space characterised by the absence of windows on the outside and an abundance of neutral greys and white marble on the inside. Against this empty canvas, Browne’s clothes stand out while hanging on the rails and interiors become warmer through the use of wood and brass panels and mid-twentieth-century American furniture.
