For the latest window display in its boutique on Rue du Faubourg Saint-Honoré in Paris, Lanvin resorted to a myriad of black paper butterflies fluttering onto the inside of interior spaces not only from open doors and windows but also from fireplaces, chandeliers, gramophones and wardrobes. The display mirrors Lanvin’s Autumn/Winter 2013 womenswear collection where garments featured prints and embroideries of butterflies and other insects.
