Marc Jacobs is to have his debut acting role in the film Disconnect, scheduled to be released in the USA on 12 April 2013. 49-year-old Jacobs plays Harvey, a seedy underground porn baron who controls an online underage prostitution ring. Other actors featured in Henry-Alex Rubin’s Disconnect include Jason Bateman, Alexander Skarsgard, Paula Patton and Andrea Riseborough in a thriller that narrates the relationships between people struggling with the negative effects of the digital age.
