Tokyo-based company Moment Design have devised an interactive wall for Issey Miyake’s Shinjuku store that mirrors the triangular pieces used in the Japanese designer’s famous Bao Bao handbag. The installation consists of triangles that, by constantly changing their colour between black and white in ever-evolving patterns, provide a dynamic frame to the colourful bags. In addition, a long bench is used for showcasing purposes instead of more traditional shelves or hanging rails.
