Rotterdam-based architectural practice OMA has unveiled its proposal for a high-rise building to occupy 425 Park Avenue in New York City that is expected to retain 25% of the building currently located on site. The tower was designed to twist amidst the Manhattan grid layout through three stacked cubes that, owing to a 45 degree rotation, allow for dramatic views of the street from unexpected angles.
