Milan-based fashion label Dsquared2 has announced that it will branch into childrenswear from Spring/Summer 2014 with a new line of apparel, accessories and footwear for boys and girls aged from newborn to 14 years old. The brand has signed a five-year licensing agreement with Brave Kid, the childrenswear manufacturer that belongs to Renzo Rosso’s Only the Brave group, and that is also responsible for the production of childrenswear lines for John Galliano and Diesel. The collections will be designed by Dsquared2’s creative directors Dean and Dan Caten and will be available in brand’s flagship stores in Milan, Paris and Tokyo, as well as in select department and specialty stores worldwide.
