Brazilian footwear label Melissa (known for its colourful plastic jelly shoes) has announced that fashion designer Karl Lagerfeld has signed up to create capsule collections for them over the next four seasons. The first range (which will consist of four different Autumn/Winter 2013 styles) will be unveiled in March 2013. Lagerfeld is the latest designer who has agreed to work with Melissa, following Vivienne Westwood, Jean Paul Gaultier and Gareth Pugh.
